Requirements

 

• Must like to clean thoroughly with attention to detail while maintaining urgency to complete closing tasks on schedule

• Under 18 may apply

• Must have reliable transportation

• Likes to clean thoroughly

• Successfully follow a checklist, completing it entirely without fail and minimal oversight

• Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours)

• Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 30 lbs

• Strong communication skills 

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
