Veg’n Out Partners with Wellness Expert to Bring Seven-Day Challenge to Lake Nona

Virtual Be.Live.Change Refresh Challenge Comes to Lake Nona April 19-25

Lake Nona, FL – April 1, 2020 – Veg’n Out, a plant-based quick-serve concept coming to Lake Nona Town Center this summer, and Rachel Hilinski, a local holistic nutritionist and meditation expert, today announced a partnership to bring the Be.Live.Change Refresh Challenge into the homes of Lake Nona residents April 19-25. The week-long quarterly program created by Hilinski helps people learn how to create sustainable habits for living healthier and happier.

With four challenges throughout the year, the Refresh Challenge focuses on nutrition, stress management, movement, sleep, alternative healthcare therapies, and mindful empowerment that requires little more than simply engaging in the prescribed activities for seven days. The program is virtual with a complete instruction package and meal plan created by a local plant-based chef, daily emails with guided videos for breathwork, mindful movement of light stretching and yoga, daily meditations with thoughtful affirmations, and a community Facebook group for virtual engagement with other program participants.

For the Lake Nona community, the tier-two meal plan incorporates the three-day Veg’n Out Juice and Smoothie Cleanse that was created by Hilinski. When participants choose the tier-two program, they can order the cleanse separately or as part of a bundle where Veg’n Out does all of the work for the week.

Lake Nona residents won’t need to leave their home. For a single bundle price, Veg’n Out provides the full week of pre-prepped meals and the three-day juice cleanse directly to residents’ doors across three timely, contactless deliveries. Delivery is free and every order will receive a Veg’n Out cooler tote.

“We partner with Rachel for every quarterly challenge to deliver our cold-pressed juice cleanse to the community, but the world we live in today is upside down and stress is at an all-time high, so I wanted to do more by making this program as easy as possible for Lake Nona residents to participate,” said Ashley Torres, founder of Veg’n Out. “Taking advantage of this program now, while we are social distancing – refreshing our mind, body and spirit for personal growth – will help us cope and manage our stress when we need it the most.”
