About The Event
Join us as we pair breathwork with an ice bath session to relieve stress, lose weight, speed recovery and build mental toughness. Every participant will receive the education, instruction and coaching your'll need to crush your session.
Sessions run for 50 minutes. You'll select your 4 or 5:00 start time once you click the Checkout button below.
